1 Subject content and scope of application

1. 1 This standard specifies the quality requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules and transportation requirements of coking coal delivered by Dalian Commodity Exchange.

1.2 the coking coal specified in this standard refers to the coking coal which has been washed by a coal washing plant and its quality index meets the requirements of coke production, regardless of its origin.

1.3 This standard is applicable to the standard products and substitutes for coking coal contract delivery in Dalian Commodity Exchange.

3 Terms and definitions

Terms and definitions in GB/T 37 15 are applicable to this standard.

4 Quality requirements

4. 1 standard quality requirements

4.2 Improve and reduce the quality difference of substitutes

4.3 experimental coke oven Experimental coke reaction intensity (CSR) >: 50%.

4.4 The standard deviation of vitrinite random reflectance is ≤0. 13.

4.5 moisture Mt≤8.0%. If the moisture content is greater than 8.0%, the excess part shall be rounded to one decimal place for deduction (for example, the measured moisture content is 9.32%, and the deduction weight is 1.3%).

5 test methods and inspection rules

5. 1 Samples shall be collected and prepared according to the requirements of GB 475;

5.2 The determination of moisture, ash and volatile matter shall be carried out according to GB/T 2 12;

5.3 The determination of sulfur content shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 2 14;

5.4 The determination of adhesion index shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 5447;

5.5 The determination of the maximum thickness of colloidal layer shall be carried out according to GB/T 479;

5.6 The determination of vitrinite random reflectivity shall be carried out according to GB/T 6948;

5.7 The standard deviation of vitrinite random reflectance shall be determined according to GB/T 1559 1;

5.8 The strength of coke produced in the test coke oven after reaction shall be determined according to Q/CY-MKZY-006-20 12.

6 transport requirements

Coking coal should be transported in clean train cars, car cars, cabins or other means of transport.
