(three) without the approval of the relevant competent departments of the state, illegally engaged in securities, futures, insurance business, or illegally engaged in fund payment and settlement business;
(four) other illegal business activities that seriously disrupt the market order.
Legal basis: Article 7 of the Interpretation on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Laws in Handling Criminal Cases of Defamation through Information Networks.
Whoever, in violation of state regulations, provides the service of deleting information for profit through the information network for compensation, or provides the service of publishing information through the information network for compensation knowing that it is false, thus disrupting the market order, is an illegal operation with "serious circumstances" under any of the following circumstances, and shall be convicted and punished for the crime of illegal operation in accordance with the provisions of Item (4) of Article 225 of the Criminal Law:
(a) the amount of personal illegal business is more than 50 thousand yuan, or the amount of illegal income is more than 20 thousand yuan;
(2) The illegal business operation amount of the unit is more than150,000 yuan, or the illegal income amount is more than 50,000 yuan.
If the amount of the act specified in the preceding paragraph reaches more than five times the amount specified in the preceding paragraph, it shall be deemed as "the circumstances are particularly serious" as stipulated in Article 225 of the Criminal Law.
