Ripple Plan: In order to support the growth and change of more people, actively spread coaching skills, influence and drive people around them to participate in learning, promote the sustainable development of coaching courses, encourage students who have started learning coaching to share with more people, and let everyone create and share and carry out diversified learning promotion activities.

2. Who can attend?

Students in this group who love learning and growth, agree with the concept of coaching and promise to abide by the relevant requirements of this plan can participate; If students from other non-critical dialogue courses are willing to participate, they need to be introduced to participate in more than one tutorial course or on-site course before they can join the group to participate in this plan.

Third, how to participate?

We will record all the communication and promotion made by this group of students, and score points according to the rules, and enjoy the corresponding learning activities according to the points at the end of the year. Details are as follows:

1. The registration links of various learning courses published in each issue of the key dialogue are forwarded once in the circle of friends (plus recommendation), and the accumulated energy value is 100 points;

3. After practicing coaching and team guidance, every time you do coaching dialogue, team guidance or round-table activities in the team or life, please punch in the study group to explain-"I did it once in .....................................", simply share the experience and feelings of application (more than 200 words), and the accumulated energy value is 200 points; Write an article (more than 500 words) on the application experience of coach and team guidance, with a cumulative energy value of 300 points;

4. Call a friend to directly introduce or lead him to participate in various salons and study forums, and each person's energy value 100 points; The cumulative energy value of each friend who is recommended to become an annual VIP member (paying an annual fee of 4,000 yuan) is 1000 points; The cumulative energy value of each recommended student studying the spot copyright course is 1000 points;

Ask the coach to invite the coach of the key dialogue to enjoy one-on-one coaching service, and consume 500 points of energy per hour (online or offline) each time; At present, we have Wang, Wang, Wang, Wang, Wang, Wang, Wang, Wang, Wang, Wang, Kevin and other teaching coaches and assistant coaches. After spending points, please ask the coach service to pay the coach himself directly in cash 500 yuan/time;
