Article 67 of the Measures for the Administration of Futures Companies stipulates that futures companies shall establish trading, settlement and financial data backup systems. The customer data files related to account opening, change and cancellation shall be kept for at least 20 years from the date of termination of the futures brokerage contract; Business records such as transaction instruction records, transaction settlement records, wrong order records and customer complaint files shall be kept for at least 20 years.
