According to Article 16 of the Measures for the Administration of Suitability of Securities and Futures Investors, the following factors should be comprehensively considered when classifying products or services: (1) Liquidity; (2) Maturity period; (3) lever; (4) the complexity of the structure; (five) the minimum amount of investment unit products or related services;
(six) the direction and scope of investment; (7) Ways of raising funds; (8) The credit status of the issuer and other relevant entities; (9) Past performance of similar products or services; (10) Other factors.
