Article 1. Article 2 Bank of China’s online banking personal services provide inquiry version, financial management version and VIP version services. The service functions provided to customers by the financial management version and the VIP version include: account inquiry, transfer and remittance, credit card, foreign exchange trading, treasury bond trading, fund trading, gold trading, B-share bank-securities transfer, third-party custody, bank futures transfer, Bank of China Financial management plans, structured financial management, small-amount foreign exchange settlement and sales, online payment and bill payment, etc. Bank of China will provide different service functions based on the services applied for by customers and the identity authentication methods, and Bank of China Online Banking will continue to upgrade to provide different service products to meet customers' changing financial service needs. Customers who register through online self-service can only use the personal service of the online banking inquiry version of Bank of China. Customers who register as the VIP version of our online banking personal service are our BOC Wealth Management, Wealth Management and Private Banking VIP customers. Article 3 Bank of China’s online banking personal services provide 24-hour service, but each specific service item should be handled within the opening hours of the corresponding system.

Article 4 Customers who use Bank of China’s online banking personal services should pay attention to the following when using online banking for the first time:

1. Article 5 If the customer’s account that has opened online banking services has a phone banking associated account, it will automatically become an online banking associated account; if the customer needs to cancel the online banking association of the account, he or she can log in to Bank of China Online The bank conducts self-service cancellation.

Article 6 Customers may choose to apply for an online banking authentication tool according to their needs. Customers who have applied for the authentication tool must use the authentication tool, customer user name and login password to log in to the online banking system when entering the online banking system.

Article 7 The online banking identity authentication tools used by individual customers are independent of each other (that is, cannot be used independently) from the online banking identity authentication tools used by corporate customer operators.

Article 8 Customers using Bank of China’s online banking services should ensure the security and confidentiality of the passwords and identity authentication tools they use. For example, including but not limited to:

4. Article 9 If the customer's login username and password are incorrect five times in a row on the same day, Bank of China will temporarily lock the customer's online banking transaction qualifications for that day, and the system will be unlocked the next day or the bank will authenticate the customer's identity and unlock it on the same day; if the user If the name and password have not passed the verification for 15 consecutive times or the dynamic password has been incorrect for 10 consecutive times, Bank of China will suspend the customer's online banking transaction qualification. Article 12 Customers should ensure the security of computers using online banking services and information stored in computer systems and communication systems. Article 13 Customers who use Bank of China’s online banking services shall pay corresponding service fees in accordance with the relevant charging standards established by Party B. Article 14 Customers’ application for online banking B-share bank-securities transfer, third-party custody, bank futures transfer and other investment service functions should be based on the opening of the corresponding investment service function at the counter. When customers operate specific functions such as foreign exchange trading, treasury bond trading, gold trading, third-party custody, bank futures transfers, and small-amount foreign exchange settlement and sales through online banking channels, they must comply with foreign exchange transactions, gold transactions, treasury bond transactions, securities transactions, and futures transactions. , the corresponding transaction rules and business regulations formulated by the small-amount foreign exchange settlement and sales management agency, and when using this transaction for the first time, sign the relevant supplementary agreement online with Bank of China and confirm it through a dynamic password.

Article 15 Bank of China will make an announcement in advance before upgrading its website or online banking services, please pay attention to it. If the online banking service upgrade requires service interruption, or if Bank of China is unable to provide online banking services due to force majeure or other abnormal factors, customers are advised to use Bank of China's other channel services, such as counter services, telephone banking, etc.
