Legal basis: Several Policy Provisions of the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on Promoting the Open Development of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone

Third. (a) to encourage the development of petrochemical industry, forestry pulp and paper, steel, aluminum processing, light food, shipbuilding, container manufacturing, port machinery, marine industry, biology and pharmacy, electronic information, auto parts, fine chemicals and other supporting or related industries, modern agriculture, logistics, commerce, finance, information services, exhibitions, real estate, tourism, culture, radio and television, press and publication. article 9 implements tax incentives. (3) During the period from January 1, 28 to December 31, 212, the newly established petrochemical, forestry, pulp and paper, metallurgy and electronic information industrial enterprises in the Economic Zone, except for projects restricted and prohibited by the state, shall be exempted from the enterprise income tax that belongs to the local share in the first year after the project obtains the first production and operation income, and shall be levied by half in the following years. (4) From January 1, 28 to December 31, 212, industrial enterprises such as petrochemical, forestry, pulp and paper, metallurgy, light food, high and new technology, marine and other service enterprises in the economic zone, as well as logistics, finance, information service, convention and exhibition industry, tourism, culture, radio and television, press and publication, sports, health and other service enterprises, are exempted from urban land use tax and self-use land. (5) The land that has been approved for reclamation in the economic zone and the abandoned land that has been transformed shall be exempted from urban land use tax for five years from the month of use, and be halved from the sixth year to the tenth year.
