(1) A natural person without or with limited capacity for civil conduct;

(2) Staff members and their spouses of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and its dispatched offices, China Futures Association, futures exchange, futures margin safety custody monitoring institutions, futures companies;

(3) State organs and institutions;

(4) It is forbidden to enter the securities and futures markets.

(five) units or individuals that cannot provide proof of account opening;

(six) other units or individuals prohibited from engaging in futures trading as stipulated by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
