You don't need a video. If you want to take the qualification examination, just read those two books (basic knowledge, laws and regulations). If you are applying for a job in a futures company, unless the company requires you to have a ready-made qualification certificate, you just need to be familiar with it and be able to answer their questions. You can prepare for the exam while working.
