2. Have full capacity for civil conduct.

3. Good conduct, integrity and honesty, and good professional ethics.

4. It has not received any criminal punishment or serious administrative punishment related to securities and futures business.

5. Have a bachelor degree or above.

6. Securities investment consultants have been engaged in securities business for more than two years, and futures investment consultants have been engaged in futures business for more than two years.

7. Passed the qualification examination for securities and futures practitioners organized by China Securities Regulatory Commission.

8. Other conditions stipulated by China Securities Regulatory Commission.
