After logging in to personal online banking, please cancel the contract through Securities and Futures-Silver Period Transfer-Customer, select a deposit account and fill in the password, then click "Next" and follow the prompts on the page to cancel the contract. During the cancellation operation, the e-banking security authentication tool will not be verified.

Personal mobile banking does not support terminating operation for the time being.
