According to Article 3 of the Measures for the Administration of Futures Exchanges, the futures exchange mentioned in these Measures refers to a legal person established in accordance with the Regulations on the Administration of Futures Trading and these Measures, which is not for profit, performs the duties stipulated in the Regulations on the Administration of Futures Trading and these Measures, and implements self-discipline management in accordance with the articles of association and trading rules.
