I. Main features of 9CrWMn:
9CrWMn die steel is a low alloy cold working die steel. The steel has certain hardenability and wear resistance, small quenching deformation, uniform carbide distribution and fine particles.
9CrWMn die steel is usually used to manufacture cold stamping dies with small cross section and complex shape, as well as various gauges and measuring tools.
The properties of 9CrWMn are similar to those of CrWMn, but due to the low carbon content, carbide segregation is better and mechanical properties are better, but the hardness after heat treatment is lower.

Three. Mechanical properties of 9CrWMn:
Density g/cm: 7.85
Hardness: ex-factory hardness: (annealed) ≤24 1- 197HBW. The heat treatment system and quenching and tempering hardness of the sample: ≥62HRC.
Delivery status: The goods shall be delivered in heat treatment (normalizing, annealing or high temperature tempering) or non-heat treatment status, and the delivery status shall be indicated in the contract.

Preheating at 677 65438 05℃, heating at 855℃ (salt bath) or 900 6℃ (furnace controlled atmosphere), keeping the temperature at 5-65438 05℃, oil cooling and tempering at 58-204℃.
Preheating at 677 65438 05℃, heating at 946 5438 0℃ (salt bath) or 955 6℃ (furnace controlled atmosphere), keeping the temperature at 5-65438 05℃, air cooling and tempering at 56-204℃.
Preheating at 820 15℃, heating at1000 6℃ (salt bath) or10/0 6℃ (furnace control atmosphere), keeping the temperature at 10 ~ 20℃, and air cooling.
Preheating at 790 65438 05℃, heating at 940℃ (salt bath) or 950 6℃ (furnace controlled atmosphere), keeping the temperature at 5-65438 05℃, air cooling and tempering at 200 6℃.
Preheating at 790 65438 05℃, heating at 65438 0065438 00℃ (salt bath) or 65438 0020 6℃ (furnace controlled atmosphere), keeping the temperature at 5-65438 05℃, air cooling and tempering at 550 6℃.
