Generally speaking, the front desk is directly facing the customer and is responsible for receiving the customer.
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for answering and transferring corporate telephone switchboard, and providing consulting services for callers;
2. Responsible for the reception of corporate visitors;
3. Responsible for sending and receiving company magazines, newspapers and periodicals, express delivery and other documents;
4. Responsible for the classification, storage and filing management of enterprise-related files;
5. Responsible for the environment and safety management of the front desk area;
6. Assist to complete other administrative work of the team.
