There are several common reasons why funds in futures accounts cannot be withdrawn:
1, some futures companies have requirements for reserve funds. The amount of this reserve fund is not uniform, and each futures company has different regulations. Some of the reserves are 0, some are 100, and some are 1000. Generally, this reserve fund can only be withdrawn after contacting the account manager of the futures company to apply.
2. The profit of the day can only be withdrawn on the next trading day. This is a national uniform regulation, because it is required by the regulatory authorities. In order to prevent some improper profits from being paid on the same day and increase the cost of tracing, if they are legitimate profits, they can be paid on the next trading day after settlement.
3. If there are positions, you can't take them all out, and there will be requirements for the remaining available funds. Because you already have a position in future positions, you can't just leave the occupation margin in your account and leave all other available funds clean, even negative, which is impossible.
After all, the market is constantly fluctuating and the available funds are constantly changing. Therefore, every company will have restrictions on the withdrawal of funds when holding positions. This limit standard is different for each futures company. You can consult the account manager of the futures company who opened the account.
