According to Article 1 of the Administrative Measures for Futures Companies to Implement the Suitability System for Financial Futures Investors (Revised)

In order to maintain the stable, standardized and healthy operation of the financial futures market, the member units of futures companies (hereinafter referred to as member units) are urged to strictly implement the financial futures investor suitability system and effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of investors.

These Rules are formulated in accordance with the Provisions on Establishing the Suitability System for Financial Futures Investors and the Articles of Association of China Futures Industry Association.
