Not reliable. Many similar companies recruit so-called traders, basically under the guise of recruitment, trying to cheat "employees" into "customers" and then "customers" into their own pockets.

The principle is that as long as the company asks, mobilizes and entices employees to pay for their own money or open accounts with relatives and friends, they should leave immediately, don't take any chances, and don't naively think that they are geniuses.
