Zhejiang Petrochemical 40 million tons/year refining and chemical integration project (the largest refining and chemical integration project in China) is located in Zhoushan Green Petrochemical Base, Zhejiang Province. It is one of the major projects in the construction of China (Zhejiang) Pilot Free Trade Zone, the first 100 billion-level enterprise in Zhoushan, with more than 654.38 million employees. A joint-stock enterprise jointly funded by Rong Sheng Petrochemical (No.255 among the top 500 companies in the world and No.76 among the top 500 companies in China), Zhejiang Juhua, Zhejiang Tongkun and Zhoushan Ocean Comprehensive Development and Investment Co., Ltd. The registered capital of this project is 50.8 billion yuan, with a total investment of 654.38+73 million yuan. The main construction contents include: crude oil terminal, storage, transportation, oil refining/chemical production, processing, product transportation and service facilities. The first phase has been put into production, and the second phase project 202 1 has been completed as a whole.

Permitted items: management of hazardous chemicals; Oil and gas pipeline storage and transportation; Retail of refined oil (limited to dangerous chemicals); Production and supply of tap water; Power generation, transmission and power supply business; Port management; Technology import and export; Import and export of goods; Import and export agent; Production of hazardous chemicals (for projects subject to approval according to law, business activities can only be carried out after approval by relevant departments, and the specific business projects shall be subject to the approval results).
