Article 19 of the Measures for the Administration of Private Equity Assets of Securities and Futures Institutions may be entrusted by monetary funds or stocks, bonds legally held by investors or other financial assets recognized by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The collective asset management plan shall, in principle, entrust monetary funds, except those approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The securities registration and settlement institution shall go through the formalities of non-transaction transfer of securities in accordance with the provisions of the single asset management plan entrusted for stocks, bonds and other securities.
