High-risk capital projects. In investment projects, funds that bear greater risks and have lower income distribution order are called inferior funds. Inferior capital belongs to the safety buffer fund. In other words, in an investment project, inferior funds play the role of an umbrella, providing additional security for superior funds. When there are losses in investment projects, the inferior foundation will bear these losses first, thus protecting the principal and income of the priority fund.
