4 classification
The LED display screen can be classified according to the following conditions:
4. 1 use environment LED display screen can be divided into indoor LED display screen and outdoor LED display screen according to the use environment.
4.2 Display color LED display screen is divided into monochrome LED display screen (including pseudo-color LED display screen), two-color LED display screen and full-color (three-color) LED display screen according to the display color. According to the gray scale, it can be divided into 16, 32, 64, 128 and 256 gray LED display screens.
4.3 Display performance LED display screens are divided into text LED display screens, graphic LED display screens, computer video LED display screens, TV video LED display screens and market LED display screens according to display performance. 4.4 Basic Light Emitting Point Among the off-market LED display screens, indoor LED display screens can be divided into 3mm, φ37φ5mm, φ 5mm, 8mm, φ 10mm according to the diameter of LED single point. Outdoor LED display screen can be divided into φ 19mm, 22mm and mm26 according to pixel diameter.

5. 1 LED display hardware environment
The hardware part of LED display screen includes general computer part, communication line, special data conversion part and display part, which is determined according to the type, area and use place of LED display screen. In the detailed specification, it should be stated that:
A. Requirements for computer mainframe, various optional cards, external devices and communication interfaces;
B. Requirements for communication lines and indicate the maximum communication distance;
C. Communication mode between the data conversion part and the computer host;
D. power supply requirements and structural installation requirements.
5.2 Software environment of LED display screen
LED display screens with different performances should be equipped with display software that can meet their display function requirements. The software has the following functions:

C. Equipped with perfect self-inspection procedures and various levels of diagnostic procedures as required;

5.3 Structure and Appearance
5.3. 1 LED display screen can be made of steel, aluminum, wood and other materials. Strong and beautiful structure is required.
5.3.2 Appearance There is no obvious scratch on the outer frame of LED display screen. Outdoor LED display pixel tube installation should be consistent, and the shell is not loose or damaged.
5.4 Safety Requirements LED display screen belongs to Class I safety equipment specified in GB4943.
5.4. 1 LED display screen protection grounding terminal.

5.4.4 The resistance LED display screen can be tested at 50HZ and 1500V (AC effective value), and the test voltage is 1min, so there should be no insulation breakdown.
5.4.5 Correct use of temperature-rising LED display screen, after reaching thermal balance, the temperature rise of metal parts and insulating materials should not exceed 45K and 70K.
5.5 Performance characteristics of LED display screen
Text LED display and graphic LED display shall have the move-in and move-out modes and display modes specified in the detailed specification.
Computer video LED display should have:
Animation function. It is required that the animation display of LED display screen is consistent with the display of corresponding area of computer monitor; Text display function. Require stable text display and clear crosstalk; Gray scale function. It is required to have the gray level specified in the detailed specification. The TV video LED display screen not only has the functions of animation, text display and gray scale display, but also can display TV and video pictures. The market LED display screen has the corresponding market display ability.
5.6 Uniformity The uniformity requirements of the LED display screen shall be specified in the detailed specification.
5.7 Out-of-control point The out-of-control point of indoor LED display should not be greater than three thousandths, and the out-of-control point of outdoor LED display should not be less than three thousandths; And it is distributed.
5.8 Power Supply The power supply of the LED display panel is 220 W 10%, 50 Hz 5% or 80 V 10%, and 50 Hxz 5%. The maximum power consumption per unit display area or the total power consumption of LED display panel shall be specified in the detailed specifications.
5.9 Environmental adaptability
5.9.2. 1 temperature The ambient temperature of the indoor screen is: low working temperature: 00C;; High temperature:++400°C. Low storage temperature:-400 C; High temperature: +600 degrees Celsius.
The ambient temperature of the outdoor screen is: low working temperature: optional -200C,-100 C; High temperature:+500 C. Low storage temperature:-400 C; High temperature: +600 degrees Celsius.
Under the highest working temperature of high temperature and high humidity in 5.9.2.2, the LED display screen should be able to work normally at 90% relative humidity.
5.9.3 The vibrating LED display screen bears the vibration of automobiles, trains and airplanes. In the process of transportation, loading and unloading and moving. The on-board screen should be able to work normally when the installed vehicle is running.
5.9.4 The transportation LED display screen can be transported by ordinary vehicles such as cars, trains and airplanes.

6 inspection method
6.1Hardware environment of LED display screen The hardware environment of LED display screen shall meet the requirements of 5. 1 by visual inspection.
6.2 Software environment of LED display Visual inspection of the software environment of LED display should meet the requirements of 5.2.
6.3 Structure and Appearance The structure and appearance of the LED display screen shall be visually inspected, which shall meet the requirements of 5.3.
6.4 Safety requirements
6.4. 1 Grounding Visual inspection of LED display screen shall meet the requirements of 5.4. 1.
6.4.2 Safety signs Visual inspection of the safety signs of the LED display screen shall meet the requirements of 5.4.2.
6.4.3 floor drain current: under the rated power supply voltage of 1. 1 times, the floor drain current between the power line of the LED display screen and the metal outer frame shall meet the following requirements.

6.5 Performance characteristics According to the different types of LED display screens, the performance characteristics of LED display screens should be checked and meet the requirements of 5.5. Visually check the moving-in and moving-out modes and display modes of the text and graphic LED display screens with display test software. Visual inspection of computer video LED display screen, check animation function by displaying computer animation, check text display function by LED display screen and computer monitor, and check gray function by special test software. In addition to the above animation, text and grayscale functions, the TV video LED display screen should also have the function of viewing TV and recording with video source. For various market LED display screens, the corresponding test software should be used to check the market display function.
6.6 Uniformity The uniformity of LED display screen shall be checked by visual inspection, which shall meet the requirements of 5.6.
6.7 Out-of-control point Visual inspection of the out-of-control point of the LED display screen shall meet the requirements of 5.7.
6.8 Power Supply Measure the power supply of the LED display screen with a wattmeter, which shall meet the requirements of 5.8.
6.9 Environmental adaptability
6.9. 1 High-temperature load test The high-temperature load test shall be conducted on the display unit according to GB2423.2. The indoor screen shall be powered on at (40 2) 0C, and the outdoor screen shall be powered on at (50 2) 0C for 8h, and shall be checked once every hour. Check the moving-in and moving-out mode, display mode, uniformity and out-of-control points of text LED display and graphic LED display; Check the animation function, text display function, gray function, uniformity and out-of-control points of computer video and TV video LED display screens; Check the market display function of the market LED display screen. The requirements of 5.5, 6.6 and 5.7 shall be met.
6.9.2 The display unit of high-temperature storage test shall be subjected to high-temperature storage test according to GB2423.2. After being stored at (60 2) 0C for 4 hours, it shall be restored at room temperature for 4 hours. The moving-in and moving-out modes, display modes, uniformity and out-of-control points of text LED display and graphic LED display shall be checked. Check the animation function, text display function, gray scale function, uniformity and out-of-control points of computer video and TV video LED display screens. Check the market display function of market LED display screen, which shall meet the requirements of 5.5, 5.6 and 5.7.
6.9.3 The display unit of damp-heat load test shall be subjected to damp-heat load test according to GB2423.3. The indoor screen shall be powered on for 8 hours at (40 2) 0C and 87%-93% relative humidity, and the outdoor screen shall be powered on for 8 hours at (50 2) 0C and 87%-93% relative humidity, and shall be inspected once an hour. Check the move-in and move-out mode, display mode, uniformity and out-of-control points of text LED display and graphic LED display. Check the quotation function of the quotation LED display. The requirements of 5.5, 5.6 and 5.7 shall be met.
6.9.4 Constant temperature and humidity test According to GB2423.3, the display unit was tested at constant temperature and humidity. The indoor screen was stored at (40 2) 0C and the relative humidity was 87%-93% for 48 hours, while the outdoor screen was stored at (50 2) 0C and the relative humidity was 87%-93%. After the water storage test, the floor drain current, electrical strength and temperature rise shall be measured immediately, which shall meet the requirements of 5.4.3, 5.4.4 and 5.4.5. After recovering at room temperature for 4 hours, check the moving-in and moving-out modes, display modes, uniformity and out-of-control points of text LED display and graphic LED display, and check the moving-in and moving-out modes, display modes, uniformity and out-of-control points of computer video and TV video LED display. Check the animation function, text display function, gray scale function, uniformity and out-of-control points of computer video and TV video LED display screens, and check the market display function of market LED display screens, which shall meet the requirements of 5.5, 5.6 and 5.7.
6.9.7 The vibration test display unit shall be subjected to vibration test BG6587.4. 6.9.8 The transportation trial run test shall be carried out on the display unit according to the taxi class cycle conditions specified in GB6587.6. After the test, the entry and exit modes, display modes, uniformity and out-of-control points shall be checked on the text LED display and graphic LED display, and the animation function, text display function, gray function, uniformity and out-of-control points shall be checked on the computer video and TV video LED display. Check the market display function of market LED display screen, which shall meet the requirements of 5.5, 5.6 and 7. The LED display screen working on the vehicle shall be tested for on-site transportation.

7.2 Appraisal inspection
7.2. 1 Appraisal inspection is divided into design appraisal inspection and production appraisal inspection.

7.2.3 Sampling method and inspection items
7.2.3. 1 Requirements for hardware environment, software environment, structure and appearance, safety requirements, performance characteristics, uniformity, out-of-control and power supply of LED display screen.
Power supply inspection shall meet the requirements of 5. 1-5.8.
7.2.3.2 randomly selected a set of display units from the 7.2.3. 1 LED display screen that passed the inspection, and carried out environmental adaptability inspection on schedule.

7.3 Quality consistency check
7.3. 1 Quality conformity inspection is divided into group A inspection, group C inspection and group F inspection.
7.3.2 Group A inspection
7.3.2. 1 One set of inspection is the basic requirement inspection of LED display screen.
The items inspected by 7.3.2.2 Group A shall conform to the provisions in the expression. The LED display screens should be checked one by one. Any unqualified products should be returned to the production department for maintenance.
After that, re-provide the inspection.
7.3.2.3 Group A inspection shall be conducted by the quality inspection department of the LED display production unit or the entrusted quality inspection unit, and the ordering party may send representatives to participate.
Group c test
7.3.3. 1 C group test is an environmental adaptability test.
For products mass-produced in 7.3.3.2, when the production interruption time exceeds months, each batch shall be tested for environmental adaptability, and products continuously produced shall be tested once a year.
Environmental adaptability test. When changing the design, process, main components and materials, environmental adaptability test should be carried out.
7.3.3.3 environmental adaptability inspection shall be conducted by the quality inspection department of the LED display production unit or the entrusted quality inspection unit.
Several monitors that passed the quality consistency A test were randomly selected for environmental adaptability test.
In the whole process of environmental adaptability test in 7.3.3.4, non-lethal unqualified products of Grade II are allowed. After the repair, the inspection will continue from the unqualified items.
LED displays that fail the environmental adaptability test are prohibited from leaving the factory. All semi-finished and finished products need to be re-inspected. After finding out the reason,

Samples that have passed the environmental adaptability test in 7.3.3.5 should be marked and should not be delivered as genuine products.
Group f test
7.3.4. 1 F group inspection is a reliability test. Sequential censoring test scheme 2-3 specified in GB 1 1463 was adopted.

7.3.4.3 reliability test shall be conducted by the quality inspection department of the LED display production unit or the entrusted quality inspection unit. Significantly qualified in the quality consistency test.
According to the requirements of GB 1 1463, samples are taken from the display unit for reliability test.
In 7.3.4.4, LED display screens that failed the reliability test are prohibited from leaving the factory. All semi-finished and finished products need to be re-inspected. Find out why and start over.
