The construction cost includes the following parts:
(1) All kinds of housing construction projects and the expenses of water supply, heating, sanitation, ventilation, gas and other equipment as well as the expenses of installation and oil decoration projects, such as the expenses of various pipelines, electricity, telecommunications and cable laying in the construction budget.
(2) the cost of equipment foundation, pillar, workbench, chimney, water tower, pool, ash tower and other construction projects, as well as the masonry and metal structure engineering of various kilns.
(3) expenses for site leveling, engineering and hydrogeological investigation, demolition of original buildings and obstacles, temporary water, electricity, gas and roads for construction, site cleaning after completion, environmental greening and beautification.
(4) the cost of mine excavation, roadway extension, open pit stripping, oil and gas drilling, construction of railways, highways, bridges, reservoirs, dams and irrigation canals, flood control and other projects.

Estimation method of construction project cost:
① Unit construction project investment estimation method. It is a method to estimate the construction cost by multiplying the investment of unit construction quantity by the total construction quantity. General industrial and civil buildings are invested in unit construction area (square meters), industrial kiln masonry in unit volume (cubic meters), reservoir in unit length (meters) of dam, railway subgrade in unit length (kilometers), mine excavation in unit length (meters), and the construction cost is calculated by multiplying the corresponding total construction project.
② investment estimation method of unit physical quantities. It is a method to estimate the construction cost by multiplying the unit physical engineering investment by the total physical engineering. Earth and stone works are invested per cubic meter, mine roadway lining works are invested per linear meter, and pavement laying works are invested per square meter, multiplied by the corresponding total physical quantities to calculate the construction cost.
③ investment estimation method of budgetary estimate index. When estimating the cost of construction projects, for projects that do not have the above estimation indexes, or the cost of construction projects accounts for a large proportion of construction investment, the estimation method of budgetary indexes can be adopted.
