Solution: cover the installation uninstall.

1. If there is an error when uninstalling the computer software, you can try to reinstall the software first, overwriting the previously installed directory.

2. After cover the installation again, open the computer control panel, find the program options, and then click Uninstall the program.

3. Finally, find the program to uninstall and right-click to delete the software program.
