Before or during the import of meat products, the consignee or his agent shall apply to the customs at the import port for inspection with the import animal and plant quarantine license, relevant certificates issued by the official of the exporting country or region, trade contracts, bills of lading, packing lists, invoices and other documents. The official inspection and quarantine certificate of the exporting country or region attached to the imported meat products shall meet the requirements of the General Administration of Customs for the certificate.
