According to the relevant provisions of People's Republic of China (PRC) Food Safety Law:

(1) The relevant competent departments shall, according to their respective functions and duties, confiscate the illegal income, the food illegally produced and marketed, and the tools, equipment, raw materials and other articles used for illegal production and marketing.

(two) the illegal production and operation of food value is less than ten thousand yuan, a fine of fifty thousand yuan and one hundred thousand yuan.

(three) if the value of the goods is more than 10 thousand yuan, a fine of more than ten times and less than twenty times the value of the goods shall be imposed.

(four) if the circumstances are serious, the license shall be revoked.
