After food spoilage, the appearance often changes, such as color change, loss of luster, mildew spot drawing, soft and sticky solid food tissue, turbid liquid food surface, precipitation, floating film and so on.

Deteriorated food usually produces all kinds of unpleasant smells, such as meat, fish, shrimp, eggs and other foods rich in protein, which will produce rancid smell after deterioration, foods with high edible oil and oil content will produce "spicy taste" after deterioration, and foods rich in carbohydrates such as grains, vegetables and fruits will produce sour or rancid smell after deterioration.
Step 3 pay attention to packaging
Carefully check the production date, shelf life and other signs, pay attention to whether the packaging is intact, do not buy incomplete labels or damaged packaging, and smell it if necessary.
