1) General deposit accounts and special deposit accounts opened by corporate bank cards, extra-budgetary funds, futures trading deposits and special accounts for trust funds. No cash withdrawal is allowed. (2) If capital construction funds, renovation funds, policy real estate development funds and financial institutions need to withdraw cash from interbank fund accounts, they should be approved by the People's Bank of China when opening accounts. (3) Special deposit accounts such as grain, cotton and oil purchase funds, social security funds and housing funds do not need to be approved by the People's Bank of China, but must be handled in accordance with the relevant state regulations on cash management.
