There are two reasons, the pixel is not suitable for the requirements, or the size is too large. The following is the production process of electronic photos with such requirements:

Materials required: PS CS6 demonstration.

1. Open PS software, press Ctrl+N to open a new canvas window, with the width and height set to 130* 160 pixels and the resolution of 72. Click OK.

Second, drag the photo of the ID card into the PS canvas and open it.

3. Free conversion will be automatically opened after opening. Use the free transform tool to fit the photo to the canvas, and press Enter to cancel the transform.

4. press Ctrl+Shift+Alt+S to open the storage in Web format. Select JPEG as the format, click the option in the upper right corner, and click Optimize file size in the drop-down menu.

Verb (short for verb) Enter a number less than 30KB for the required file size, and then click OK.

6. Finally, click Save at the bottom of the storage window.

7. Select the directory to save and click "Save".

8. An electronic photo with the pixel of 130* 160 and less than 30KB was made.
