Rapeseed cake is the most potential protein feed resource in China. At present, there are two kinds of products, one is soil pressed, often called rapeseed cake and oil cake; The other is machine pressing, which is often called rapeseed meal, and some people call it oil drying. There are two kinds of RSM produced by mechanical pressing, one is RSM produced by type 95 mechanical pressing; This machine is generally used for production at the township level; The other is RSM produced by 200 mechanical press. The quality of rapeseed meal produced by the latter is better, but the quantity is less. The RSM produced in China basically belongs to the range of highly toxic RSM, and the cake produced by Chinese cabbage rapeseed is less toxic than that produced by Gan Lan rapeseed. RSM is toxic to animals, mainly causing liver and thyroid damage. RSM has poor palatability and often affects the feed intake.
