In order to further implement the spirit of the National Vocational Education Conference, in 2003, the school once again carried out drastic reforms in the personnel system and management system, streamlined institutions and personnel, implemented optimized combination, and all staff competed for posts, hired cadres and faculty, thus achieving quantitative management by objectives. Schools take various forms such as going out, inviting in, combining characteristic majors with general majors, combining schools, combining schools with enterprises, combining inside and outside the province, and combining long-term and short-term education. At present, our school has established four branch schools in Xinjiang, Henan, Hebei and other provinces, and has embarked on a new path of rapid development of the school.
