According to the Regulations of the Ministry of Communications on the Administration of Road Transport Practitioners

The application conditions for road qualification are as follows:

1. Drivers engaged in road passenger transport shall meet the following conditions:

(a) to obtain the corresponding motor vehicle driver's license 1 year or more;

(two) the age is not more than 60 years old;

(3) No major traffic accidents within 3 years;

(four) to master the basic knowledge of road passenger transport regulations, motor vehicle maintenance and passenger first aid;

(5) Having passed the examination and obtained the corresponding qualification certificate.

Two, the business of road freight transport drivers shall meet the following conditions:

(a) to obtain the corresponding motor vehicle driver's license;

(two) the age is not more than 60 years old;

(three) to master the relevant laws and regulations of road cargo transportation and motor vehicle maintenance and the basic knowledge of cargo loading and storage;

(4) Having passed the examination and obtained the corresponding qualification certificate.
