The trading channels of China Bank's personal firm precious metal trading business mainly include savings counter operation (real-time market trading and inquiry trading) and electronic channel trading (real-time trading, entrustment trading, withdrawal trading and inquiry trading). Electronic channels include telephone banking, mobile banking, online banking and self-service terminals. At present, the precious metal varieties of "local currency platinum, US dollar platinum, local currency palladium and US dollar palladium" in the precious metal business of telephone banking account only support inquiry service at present.
