(2) Copy of your own ID card;

(3) Copy of academic certificate ;

(4) Proof issued by the relevant agency that there is no record of law-abiding and meritorious service in the past three years (limited to the local police station, sub-district office, neighborhood committee or one’s own unit);

(V) ) Two recent 1-inch color photos of yourself with no hat on the front, and your ID number and name must be written on the back of the photos.
