All employees in this market (Thailand/Korea) will report directly to their respective LPG managers and continue to cooperate with LF Product Manager (ROA) on related product matters.

For Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam, due to the relatively small scale and/or other current restructuring situations, please note:

Jim will be responsible for the direct reporting process.

Tom will be responsible for pricing/inventory positioning.

The signatory will supervise the business/agency activities.
