Support level and pressure level
I. Definition

Support level is the price at which the stock price rebounds or the trend reverses during the decline. The principle is that there will be a cost price for the banker to open a position, and if it continues to fall, it will endanger his interests. Therefore, the stock price will always remain near its cost price.

Pressure level is the price at which there is a rebound or trend reversal in the process of stock price rise. The principle is that the dealer has accumulated a large number of lock orders in the process of raising the stock price. If he pulls up blindly, it will lead to a lot of selling orders, which is not conducive to the banker's profit.

Second, classification

There are three main types of pressure level and support level:

1, average pressure level, average support level;

2. High pressure level and low support level;

3. The gap support level is upward and the gap resistance level is downward.

Third, transformation.

Support level and resistance level are not static. If a major resistance level is broken, this resistance level will naturally become a support level. The opponent has always said that if the support level is broken, the price will become the resistance level of the future stock price rise.
