1. After logging in to the Professional Edition, click One Card-Account Management-Card Management-Bank Information Inquiry to see the bank.
2. After logging in to the popular version, click Account Management-One Card Account Opening Information Query.
3. Log in to mobile banking, click My-Bank Card, and select the card number to query the bank.
If the card is not associated with mobile banking, you can select "+other bank card" to enter the card number, and scan the code is also supported.
If it is someone else's card (savings card): (The following methods are also applicable to our card bank inquiry)
1, call the customer service hotline, select 3- 1-2, and then enter the card number according to the prompt for quick inquiry;
2. After opening the mobile banking, click "Home"-"My Customer Service (Headphone Logo)" in the upper right corner, then click "Bank Inquiry" to enter the page and enter the card number to be inquired.
