Professor Zhang Aimin is the director of China Cost Research Association, the director of China Education Audit Society, the director of Shanghai Accounting Society, the member of academic committee, and the deputy director and secretary general of the College Working Committee of Shanghai Accounting Institute. He is currently the editorial board member of New Accounting of Shanghai Accounting Society and Education Audit of China Education Audit Society.
Professor Zhang Aimin was awarded 1997 Excellent Young Teacher of Shanghai University and 1998 Excellent Teacher Award of Baosteel Education Award.
Zhang Aimin is a visiting scholar at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the University of Miami.
Professor Zhang Aimin is now the tutor of Master of Accounting and Master of Education Economics and Management in East China University of Science and Technology.
Professor Zhang Aimin's research fields are financial accounting theory, management accounting and non-profit organization accounting. He has presided over and participated in a number of scientific research projects, published more than 50 academic papers, and published books such as Design of Financial System, Practical Guide to Futures Trading, and International Enterprise Accounting.
Professor Zhang Aimin has many professional qualifications (not practicing now) such as China Certified Public Accountant, China Appraiser and China Real Estate Appraiser. He used to be an independent director of listed companies such as Wuxi Little Swan Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Sanmao Group Co., Ltd.; He is currently an independent director of Shanghai Yanhua Intelligent Co., Ltd. ..
