Legal analysis: the annual inspection time of industrial and commercial business license is before June 30 every year. Only after the company has obtained the Business License of Enterprise Legal Person according to law can it obtain the qualification of enterprise legal person. The company shall submit the annual report of the previous year to the company registration authority through the enterprise credit information publicity system from June 30th to/kloc-0 every year, and publicize it to the public.

Individual industrial and commercial households shall, from June 1 day to May 3 1 day every year, go to the administrative department for industry and commerce that issued the business license or the industrial and commercial office entrusted by the administrative department for industry and commerce for inspection.

Article 58 A company shall submit the annual report of the previous year to the company registration authority through the enterprise credit information publicity system from June/KLOC-0 to June 30 every year and publicize it to the public. The contents of the annual report publicity and the measures for supervision and inspection shall be formulated by the State Council.

Article 63 The styles of the original and duplicate business licenses, the standards of electronic business licenses and the formats or styles of important documents related to company registration shall be uniformly formulated by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.
