1. Application conditions

Enterprises and individuals who transport agricultural materials across provinces can submit applications to the Agricultural and Rural Affairs Bureau (Agricultural Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Brigade) to apply for the "Jilin Province Key Points" Material Transport Vehicle Pass" (hereinafter referred to as the "Pass").

2. Application method

Applicants can go to the Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs (Agricultural Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Brigade) to apply on site, or they can add the staff on WeChat and apply via mobile phone.

3. Application materials

My ID card and driving license of the vehicle (original, copy, or photo are acceptable), and submit the origin, destination and other information at the same time. For attendants, please provide the attendant’s name and ID number.

4. Processing time

8:30-11:30 am, 13:00-16:00 pm.

5. Validity period

It shall not exceed 1 month from the date of issuance of the certificate. The vehicle can make multiple trips within the validity period.

6. Processing Procedures

After the processing personnel verify the information, they will issue a paper "Pass" on site or send it to the user or user in PDF electronic format via WeChat or QQ. Paper and electronic "Pass" are equally valid.
