The settlement prices of three commodity exchanges in Shanghai, Dalian and Zhengzhou yesterday refer to the weighted average price of a futures contract. If there is no transaction price yesterday, the settlement price of the previous trading day shall be taken as yesterday's settlement price. The closing price refers to the price of the last transaction yesterday. So it's different.

Intra-circle trading is divided into two sections, morning and afternoon, with a total of four sections (circles). At the end of intra-circle trading in the morning, that is, the last spot quotation of intra-circle trading in the second quarter becomes the official settlement price of LME. There will be no formal quotation in the afternoon, so the settlement price is also the closing price.
