Individual customers have only one unique account in our bank (excluding credit cards and VIP accounts). Since August 1 2065438, the Bank has voluntarily reduced the annual fee and small account management fee of this account. If an individual customer has multiple accounts in our bank, he/she needs to bring his/her valid ID card, debit card or current passbook to any branch of our bank to apply for account cancellation.
