Summary of International Futures Training Report
Documentary training summary After a week of market research training, we experienced another week of documentary training. In just five days, I have been lost. With China's entry into the World Trade Organization, the demand for international trade talents is increasing. I have always been interested in this major, so I chose this one. I also intend to do related work in this field in the future. I like documentary training very much, because it really exposes us, unlike the knowledge in books, you may not necessarily do it after reading it. Although it feels difficult, our mood and attitude are full of enthusiasm. The first operation is to find out the difference between the letter of credit and the contract. If a transaction is paid by letter of credit, if the letter of credit does not conform to the contract, the bank will not pay, so this step is very crucial, and our responsibility is great, so we must be cautious. The buyer, the seller, the address, the terms, the amount and the goods cannot be wrong. We only finished half the task, and the documents for the whole morning were in English. Seeing that our heads are getting bigger and bigger, we really want to give up in the afternoon. We persisted and completed the task. The first day was very busy and tired, but we really learned a lot. The second is to fill in the form. We also filled in the international trade training last semester. It is not difficult to fill in the form, which is easier than textual research. Three documents should be filled in for each set, making a total of four sets. It is not particularly difficult to fill in the form, but sometimes it needs to be calculated, and we try our best. It seems that I am not practicing in school, but working in a company, and I have a strong sense of responsibility. The last task is to examine the documents and find out whether the letter of credit is inconsistent with the documents. It's similar to taking a certificate. I don't know if it's because the mistakes are too hard to find or because the continuous review tasks keep us confused. We got nothing in the morning and were very depressed. There is no class in the afternoon, but our topic in the dormitory cannot be separated from the examination of documents. After studying in the dormitory all afternoon, I finally found a few. On the whole, the training went well. We all finished our daily tasks, but the correct rate seems to be unsatisfactory. This seems to indicate our carelessness in checking documents and certificates. Through this training, we have a deeper contact with the actual operation process and accumulated experience for future employment. Although we sometimes fidget and don't want to continue, we think this is laying the foundation for the future, and there are not many opportunities for this kind of training, only once a semester. I am looking forward to the following documentary training, so that we can learn a lot of practical experience that books can't learn, and we will be more confident in finding a job in the future. I decided to do this job in the future, and I must get the customs declaration certificate, hoping to learn more experience and knowledge through training.
