In my opinion, in the workplace, without being influenced by others, we must first do the following five things.

3. Make yourself stronger inside

Many times, only half of our troubles in life come from the outside world, and the other half comes from our inner weakness.

If we don't spend our energy on catering to others, we can accept reasonable criticism from others, reject improper malicious slander and cultivate our ability to protect ourselves.

4. Don't care too much about others

Most people care about other people's opinions, but caring about other people's opinions is a laborious task, and such care will make people breathless.

Sometimes paying too much attention to other people's opinions will form a kind of pressure and load, which will lead you to lose your subjective consciousness, even feel sad because of an unintentional mistake of others, or start thinking because of an expression of others, so don't react.

5. Have independent self-awareness.

Have independent thinking ability, way of thinking, independent criteria, independent lifestyle, pursue what you want, constantly improve yourself, keep thinking, and never blindly pursue other people's answers.

Having independent consciousness can be said to be having a certain degree of mental ability, being able to gain an objective insight into one's own advantages and disadvantages and constantly improve oneself.
