Thai horror films have produced many impressive works in recent years. I have seen the crossroads of death, ghost abuse, ghost dormitory and so on. I feel good. I can't say exactly how I feel right away. Horror movies make people feel gloomy and scary, which is of course a gimmick. But if there is more content in the stunt, it may be more intriguing. Classic horror movies, while creating a horrible atmosphere, actually have some demands in anger and resentment. For example, when a woman dies tragically, she will come to claim her life. When she met all kinds of resistance, people and ghosts fought each other. Finally, it involves the tragic death of the woman, which makes people sympathize. Therefore, whenever this time, the ghost will accept her piercing and become a weak person worthy of sympathy.
Ghost stories, ancient and modern, Chinese and foreign, classical and modern. There are always more female ghosts than male ghosts. The female ghost was born poor, humiliated and killed. The weak do not choose to be weak, but it is inevitable in a patriarchal society. In such an environment, women can't be real people. They used to be slaves, but now they are weak women. Women are the most likely "animals" to suppress their anger. It is probably an indisputable fact that women talk a lot. Talking a lot is actually some kind of catharsis, and not making any noise is madness. If you don't make trouble, you will die, and if you die, you will become a ghost. The heavier your resentment, the heavier your ghost. This is the consistent rule of ghost films. Female ghosts with heavy grievances often have very tragic life experiences.
So ghosts are pitiful, people are afraid, and they feel that they are in debt.
Why do you want to watch horror movies? Maybe out of some kind of pity. Also, I may be a little disappointed with the reality, hoping to achieve some spiritual comfort with such self-deception. As we all know, almost all ghost films will have a happy ending in which a female ghost kills them, and what goes around comes around will meet the expectations of the audience.
I don't know what I'm talking about after talking so much nonsense. How about this ghost film today? This is the least scary movie I have ever seen in Thailand. The whole tone is harmony over fear. Finally, the long dialogue between the man and the woman's ghost wife has the illusion of making people play. Such a beautiful girl and such a sensational line are obviously the idol drama OMG. ..
What impressed me was the black teeth of all the actors. Confused. If the ghost tooth is black, it is understandable. But so are people, which is a bit strange. Fortunately, I have a mother, and the answer is this:
This is related to the betel nut culture in Thailand. There was no toothpaste and toothbrush in ancient times, so Thai people used betel nuts to clean their teeth and freshen their breath. First, the betel nut, betel nut leaves and lime (the shell is burnt out) are mashed, mixed in a small vessel, then chewed in the mouth, and finally tobacco is added to brush your teeth. Eat areca dyed his teeth, first red and then black. In ancient Thailand, black wings were beautiful, but in modern times, it was banned as a backward folk custom.
I've seen more. It is said that if you chew betel nut too much, you will get oral cancer, so you should refrain from chewing it often.
