How to understand the leverage ratio limit in the eight bottom lines of the new version of securities and futures
Hello! 20/kloc-the new version of "eight bottom lines of securities and futures asset management business" launched in may/June stipulates that:

The leverage ratio of the structured asset management plan shall not exceed the following limits:

The leverage ratio of 1 exceeds 1 times in the stock and mixed asset management plan; The leverage ratio of the stock asset management plan established to manage the qualified employee stock ownership plan is more than 2 times.

2. The leverage ratio of futures, fixed income and non-standard asset management plans exceeds 3 times.

3. The leverage ratio of other asset management plans is more than 2 times.

The above provisions are aimed at limiting the sharp expansion of leverage risk caused by excessive speculation, thereby increasing the operational risk of managing assets, increasing the systemic risk of the market, and preventing the recurrence of the "1000 share restriction" of June 2065438+2006.
