In order to do a good job in the planning and management of professional and technical personnel's vocational qualification examination and facilitate the majority of professional and technical personnel to participate in the vocational qualification examination, with the consent of the relevant departments, the professional and technical personnel's vocational qualification examination plan for 2022 and related matters are hereby notified as follows:
First, please do a good job in organizing and implementing the examination in accordance with the Work Plan for Professional Qualification Examination of Professional and Technical Personnel in 2022 (see Annex). If it is necessary to change the examination date under special circumstances, it will be notified separately in advance. The qualification examination places of employees in the securities and futures fund industry are different, and the specific arrangements shall be subject to the examination announcement of relevant industry associations.
Second, according to the requirements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, we should coordinate the prevention and control of epidemic situation and the organization of examinations, strengthen scientific and accurate prevention and control, further improve the emergency plan, realize "passing one exam" and earnestly safeguard the rights and interests of the majority of candidates. If it is indeed difficult, it shall timely announce the relevant matters of the examination change to the public in accordance with the procedures, and file with the relevant competent departments of the State Council.
According to the principle of "who announces, who is responsible", do a good job in explaining candidates to ensure stability.
Three, the national vocational qualification examination unified outline, unified proposition, unified organization, and guide qualified professional and technical personnel to register through formal channels, do not believe in false propaganda. Actively implement the system of informing and promising the examination registration certificate, and increase the punishment for false promises and violations.
The state has not designated any training institution to carry out vocational qualification examination training, and those who cheat or organize cheating in illegal training activities under the guise of "guaranteeing the bottom" and "teaching by proposition experts" should be investigated for responsibility according to law.
Four, local human resources and social security departments and relevant industry departments should actively cooperate with each other, earnestly implement the relevant rules and regulations of the examination, do a good job in the prevention and control of epidemic situation during the examination, strengthen the safety management of the examination, and ensure the smooth implementation of the examination.
