Is a company limited by shares registered in China, and its shares are listed and traded in the agency share transfer system.

A listed company can directly apply for listing on the stock exchange, but the premise of listing is that the listed company must meet the conditions for listing shares stipulated in the Securities Law, and meet the corresponding requirements in terms of total share capital, degree of equity dispersion, company operation norms, and authenticity of financial reports.

Where a listed company applies to the China Securities Regulatory Commission for public offering of shares and listing on the stock exchange, or applies to other stock exchanges for listing, the listed company shall apply to the National Share Transfer System Company for suspension of transfer; If the China Securities Regulatory Commission approves the public offering and listing of listed companies on stock exchanges, or other stock exchanges agree to the listing of listed companies' shares, the National Share Transfer System Company will terminate its listing.
