What do you think of CJL's liquidity index?
1, look at the volume: you can directly see the change of volume on the volume chart. Generally, when the K line is the positive line, the volume histogram is red; When the K line is the negative line, the volume histogram is green;
2. Look at the position: in the volume chart, you can also judge the position according to the change of the curve. In the chart, if the curve shows an upward trend and the stock price shows an upward trend, it shows that the stock market has a bullish trend; If the curve rises but the stock price falls, it means that there is a short position in the stock market and the stock price is likely to plummet in the future; If the curve shows a downward trend, but the stock price rises, it shows that there are flat-headed shorts in the stock market and the stock price may rise in the future; If the curve shows a downward trend and the stock price falls at the same time, then the stock market has a liquidation trend and the stock price is likely to fall in the future.
