Warehousing enterprises and transportation enterprises approved by the customs can only provide services for the production, import and export of goods in the processing zone.

They enjoy the special preferential policies given by the state that are more favorable than the existing bonded areas, and implement the management system of "overseas customs clearance". Domestic raw materials and materials enter the processing zone as exports, and export enterprises can declare to the tax authorities according to regulations. Fully bonded with the production management equipment used by processing enterprises in the region, as well as the raw materials and consumables needed for processing export products; Processing enterprises in the region do not levy value-added tax and consumption tax on processed products and taxable services; While implementing 24-hour supervision, the customs has simplified the existing procedures, providing a more relaxed business environment and faster customs clearance convenience for law-abiding processing and export enterprises.

What does comprehensive bonded zone mean?

The comprehensive bonded zone is a special customs supervision area with the function of bonded port area established in inland areas, and it is subject to closed management. At present, it is a special customs supervision area with the highest degree of openness, the most preferential policies and the most complete functions in China. It is also a pilot area and a pioneer area in the fields of finance, trade, investment, service and transportation. Its functions, taxation and foreign exchange policies are implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Reply of the State Council on the Establishment of Yangshan Bonded Port Area, that is, foreign goods are bonded in the area. Domestic goods entering the zone are regarded as exports, and tax rebates are implemented; Goods transactions between enterprises in the bonded area are not subject to value-added tax and consumption tax.
