Article 24 The matching between the risk tolerance level of ordinary investors and the risk level of products or services is determined according to the following criteria: (1) C 1 investors (including the minimum risk tolerance category) can buy or accept products or services with the risk level of R 1;

(2) C2 investors can buy or accept products or services with risk levels of R 1 and R2;

(3) C3 investors can buy or accept products or services with risk levels of R 1, R2 and R3;

(4) C4 investors can buy or accept products or services with risk levels of R 1, R2, R3 and R4;

(5) C5 investors can buy or accept products or services with risk levels of R 1, R2, R3, R4 and R5.

Investors with the lowest risk tolerance can only buy or accept products or services with a risk level of R 1. Professional investors can buy or accept products or services of all risk levels.
